After you have finished with the game or the practice, you have to cool down and stretch again. Stretching is not only done at the beginning of the game or practice, after all. Water is essential for the body. Get yourself as properly as you can. You should never allow yourself to get dehydrated to the point where you cannot shed any more sweat and eventually cool down. Not having enough water in the body will affect your performance negatively.

You need to protect yourself against the harmful rays of the sun. This is especially true if you are playing the said sports competition outside. You have to find the sun protection that has at least an SPF 15 sunscreen.
